One of the oldest wines in Italy, thought to date back to Roman times and before.

Best served as 12-14°

 Pairs with Crustaceans, fish soup, pasta with seafood, risotto, fresh vegetables and cheeses.

Colour :                  Intense straw yellow     
Aroma:                floral notes typical of the Vesuvius, a pleasant woody scent due from passage in barrels make it inimitable and unique   .
Taste :           contrasts an intriguing fresh and savory note with a warmer part of structure and softness that create an ideal harmony to the palate that prolongs the pleasure of those who drink it

Colour :     Red ruby, with ageing it shows a garnet reflex    
Aroma:        Complex bouquet of ripe fruit like the typical cherry of Vesuvius together with prunes, mulberry, violets and a light smell of licorice.    .
Taste :            Fresh, soft, with an ecellent structure, fine tannins and fruit fragrance

Alcohol content : 13.5% ​​Vol

 Full-bodied wine that must be paired with pasta and meat sauces, roasts venison and spicy cheeses, pasta with tomatoes, seasoned cheeses.

Aroma:         Pleasant, smells like red fruits and some spices    .
Taste :            persistence, leaves the taste in the mouth for a long time. Hot sensation, fresh, fruity, vegetal spicy, , smooth, soft, rounded with a little bit of tannins that plays in the mouth and stimulate the taste buds until you feel the entire taste of the wine.
