Le Lune del Vesuvio wines

 Has an intense perfume of citrus fruits, pineapple and white flowers. Fresh flavours thanks to its acidity, perfectly balanced in the structure of this wine.

 The awesome softness, typical of Falanghina, makes it perfect for courses with fish or eggs, seafood and shellfish. Excellent to prepare aperitifs.

Colour : Light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma : Fresh, with strong notes of citrus fruits, pineapple and white flowers.
Taste : Fresh, thanks to a marked acidity in perfect balance with the structure of the wine.

  It shows a complex and large intense bouquet recalling cherries, berries and violet together with mineral scents. It is elegant and its aftertaste remembers cherries, prunes, black pepper and strawberry jam.

Pairs well with roast meat, spiced courses with truffles and aged cheese.

  Terre Celate, Greco di Tufo, is a wine appellation, an area. It means Greco grapes grown on Tufo soil. 

 Light medium gold in color.  The nose is chalky with minerality.  Soft texture.  Nice green apples on the palate.  Ok acidity.  Easy drinking and food friendly.  Solid wine.

   Saettone is a wonderful creature that lives on the slopes of Vesuvius. It finds its ideal habitat in warm and sunny places among the Caprettone vineyards. A very vigorous vine that recalls the shape of the bunch similar to the beard of a goat.

 Pairs with appetizers, white meat,  first courses, fish and buffalo mozzarella.

 LACRYMA CHRISTI DEL VESUVIO ROSÉ

The very best of Le Lune del Vesuvio rose. Well structured and soft yet intense. 

Best served as 12-14°

 Pairs with appetizers, pasta, fish soup, grilled fish.

Colour :   More or less intense rosé    
Aroma:        Typical scent of violet and Vesuvian broom, with a distinct note of ripe cherry.  
Taste :        structured, soft and persistent.
Alcohol content : 13.5% ​​Vol
 

   Piedirosso , means red foot, It is one of the grapes used to produce Lacryma Christi Rosso. Medium bodied red.  The Wines appellation is Pompeiano, meaning the grapes were grown in the area of Pompei in accordance with their rules. 

Pairs  with main courses of red meat, medium seasoning cheese  and pasta with “piennolo” cherry tomatoes

 Sparkling Falanghina Extra Dry Italian wine, fermented in steel for around 12 days and aged in the bottle for a minimum of 60 days.

  Complex smell in which they can be grasp the aromas of the vine in balance with the sensations of yeast (bread crust).
